Nice Stay in Superb Hotel!

professional team friendly staff super clean housekeeping courteous bellboy

I found the reception team very professional. The breakfast staff was friendly too, and the housekeeping kept everything super clean. The bellboy was helpful and courteous at all times.

Parking incurred an unexpected, small fee.

excellent stay with great amenities

lovely view modern room pool bar coffee facilities

The hotel's location offered lovely views of the national park! the modern rooms featured wonderful rain fall showers, i was very grateful for that. i found the swimming pool warm and clean. there was a pool bar nearby. That was quite convenient. the room was spacious, and i liked the tea and coffee facilities a lot.

The breakfast buffet was a bit of a let down. I paid for breakfast, but the selection wasn't that great. i took very little on the first days, and i completely skipped breakfast on the last morning, a shame really.

The king room sea view had ample space and included a comfortable king-size bed with premium bedding. I got a good night's sleep. two separate sinks and a rainfall shower were available. the room also featured a well-stocked minibar and a modern entertainment system.

The hotel offered several dining options, including a coffee house and a lounge. i noticed the coffee house offered a wide selection of pastries and beverages. It looked good. the lounge featured a variety of cocktails and light meals.

The front desk staff helped organize tours and transportation. the pool area staff was attentive and engaging. I really appreciated their attentiveness. i felt that staff members were generally friendly and helpful when i needed something.

solid Choice, some Minor Flaws

interconnected rooms breakfast buffet cooking station vegetarian options

I stayed in interconnected rooms, staff arranged it quickly. The breakfast buffet included live cooking. Indian vegetarian options impressed me. The spread kept me full for hours.

the uncovered parking WAS a slight issue. It is a minor inconvenience. It does not affect the overall experience much.

The room was super clean. Staff was courteous. The unusual layout with the bathroom really pleased me. It was different. The interior is kept updated and minimal for ease of access, which i appreciated.

central location ample room comfy bed noisy evening disrupted sleep midnight noise

the location is central i could easily reach the waterfront for food markets the room was ample sized it had a comfy bed the lobby also seemed lovely.

the evening was noisy i had trouble sleeping during my two-night stay this was quite disruptive and affected my rest the noise persisted until midnight.
