My stay at Hyatt Kota Kinabalu was truly memorable. The hotel offers spacious rooms, perfect for both twin and king-sized beds. Upon arrival at 2:00 pm, our room was ready, though there was a slight odor of cigarette smoke. The service was exceptional, ensuring our first visit and 32nd-anniversary celebration was beautiful. The location, while fabulous with its proximity to shopping malls and eateries, did have some drainage issues near the swimming pool. The dining experience was outstanding, offering a variety of local choices. Overall, a great stay with minor room odor and location concerns.
